Welkeo

Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 June 2026 · Early-access website.

Draft for review. These terms cover only this pre-launch information website. A full product Terms of Service — including the service-level terms, payment terms, warranty disclaimers and limitation of liability — must be drafted and reviewed by a solicitor before the product is sold.

1. Early access only

This website provides information about a forthcoming product and lets you join an early-access list. The Welkeo product is not yet available, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a binding commitment to provide a service by any particular date. Any early-access pricing or offers shown (for example a founding discount for early supporters) are indicative only and become binding solely when confirmed in the product Terms at launch.

2. No guarantee of compliance

Welkeo is intended as an assistive tool to help identify and fix web-accessibility issues. It is not a legal guarantee of compliance, a legal certification, or legal advice. Automated testing detects only a subset of accessibility issues; full assurance requires human review. You remain responsible for your own legal compliance.

3. Information accuracy

We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and source every factual claim, but we provide it "as is" for general guidance and accept no liability for reliance on it. Always seek professional advice for your specific situation.

4. Intellectual property

The Welkeo name, content and design on this site are owned by us. Please don't copy or reproduce them without permission.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts shall have jurisdiction.
